Guidance

• ​Our process includes a "Do it yourself" guide that will include a step by step process of how to delete all of the information on your laptop before we receive it. We can also assist over the phone or via Skype if requested. We take private information very seriously and we only receive and accept computers that have no personal information. 

Transparency

• We provide you with specific details and information of how your donated equipment was used or who was the recipient benefiting from it.

Quality

• We do not reject any laptop computer donation, and although we can fix some issues, we prefer equipment that is hopefully in working condition to allow for immediate allocation.​
